MEI Portal

The MEI Portal serves as the primary user gateway within the MEISTRO solution, allowing clients and their authorized users direct, secure, and controlled access to all MEISTRO modules and services. Each customer and client can be assigned a dedicated, private portal uniquely customized with their branding, feature sets, and specific user permissions. The portal provides a tailored user experience through configurable interfaces, dashboards, and functionalities that align precisely with the client’s operational and administrative needs.

Through the MEI Portal, users can interact seamlessly with modules including occupancy management, environmental monitoring, energy optimization, automated HVAC controls (conforming to ASHRAE Guideline 36 and NEC 2023 standards), CO2 monitoring and ventilation adjustment, as well as real-time scheduling of reservable spaces such as conference rooms, training rooms, and private offices. The MEI Portal also provides integrated reporting and data visualization, enabling clients to monitor performance, analyze occupancy patterns, and oversee compliance with applicable building automation and energy efficiency standards (e.g., ASHRAE, ISO 16484, NEC).

Crucially, the MEI Portal is distinct from external system integrations handled separately via the MEI Connector. While the MEI Connector facilitates external system communication, the MEI Portal is explicitly intended for internal end-user interactions. Additionally, MEISTRO Administrators maintain separate direct access to the core system functionalities through a specialized administrative interface called MEI Workbench, ensuring proper separation of duties, enhanced security, and clarity in user roles.

The MEI Portal thus provides comprehensive yet user-friendly access to essential building and facility automation services, tailored to enhance operational efficiency, sustainability, and user experience.
