At its heart is the core AI engine, known as Principal.AI, which serves as the primary AI interface unless explicitly substituted by external AI providers, selectable via client preference or requirement.
Users engage with MEI-Intelligence through various intuitive interfaces including graphical UI elements, conversational chatbots, agentic AI entities, and task-specific AI assistants. The future roadmap includes advanced speech-to-speech AI capabilities to enhance natural, hands-free interactions. Intelligence interactions are accessible via the MEI Portal, MEI Workbench, internal microservices, or directly through client-integrated APIs using the MEI Connector.
Intelligence manifests distinctly across MEISTRO modules and micro-services but remains harmonized through an internal orchestration entity known as the Orchestrator AI Agent. The Orchestrator centrally manages all interactions, either presenting synthesized intelligence or capturing user feedback, continually refining the responsiveness and accuracy of Principal.AI.
