Dynamic Forms is a functional module within MEISTRO, serving as an intelligent micro-service designed specifically for assessments, inspections, audits, and data collection activities. This module leverages our Open-community Library (e.g. for NIST, ASHRAE, NEC, etc.) is integral to structured data capture, dynamic interaction with users, and systematic documentation management within the MEI Matrix.
Dynamic Forms operates in two fundamental ways:
- Structured Predefined Forms – These include comprehensive forms featuring structured, predefined sets of questions available in diverse formats—such as multiple-choice, open-ended questions, file uploads, and conditional logic. This allows precise, organized data collection for standardized activities, including detailed assessments, safety inspections, audits, or other compliance-related data collection processes.
- On-the-Fly Dynamic Form Generation – Leveraging integration with MEISTRO’s Intelligence services, Dynamic Forms can dynamically generate targeted questions in real-time based on specific data gaps, context-sensitive inquiries, or confirmation needs identified during system operations. For instance, if a project’s building address is missing, MEISTRO’s Intelligence triggers the creation of a tailored form, selecting contextually appropriate question formats and narratives to collect the required information.
Data entered through Dynamic Forms is securely stored within the Client’s specific context in the MEI Matrix, maintaining clear, logical relationships that ensure data consistency and ease of retrieval. Completed form results from Inspectors, Auditors, Interviewers, or other user roles are systematically archived under the client’s ‘Forms’ documentation repository within MEI Portal and Workbench.
Additionally, Dynamic Forms provides robust audit logging capabilities, meticulously tracking any updates or modifications made to previously submitted forms. This ensures transparency, accountability, and comprehensive compliance audit trails, enhancing the overall reliability and integrity of data management processes.
